Five of our hoarded house clearance specialists were booked to clear a large, four-storey house in London filled with clutter.
This large Victorian property located in Central London had been empty for around two years, the property contained attic rooms and a cellar as you can see from the photographs below. Each room contained large amounts of clutter, furniture and the like.
The customer was quite keen for us to locate various items within the property, including legal paperwork, family photographs, a relative’s war medals and his late mother’s jewellery. We managed to locate and safely store everything the customer requested, which was professionally packed and sent to the customer via a signed for and tracked delivery service.
Our hoarded house clearance specialists cleared approx 7 ton of clutter from the house and completed the full hoarded house clearance in four days from start to finish.
The customer was living abroad and was not able to be present during the clearance, we kept in touch daily with our team providing progress reports and photographs via WhatsApp.
Once the property was fully cleared, the keys were handed to an estate agent who went on to list the property for sale.
