Our hoarded house clearance specialists were asked to clear a flat in Glasgow. A two-bedroom flat requiring clearance of all hoarded rubbish but to leave certain items of furniture in the property.
The flat was on the 2nd floor, it took our house clearance staff two days to clear the property.
We were asked to find legal paperwork such as wills and bank account information, we found everything the client requested and more including jewellery and items of sentimental value.
As you can see from the before and after photographs below of the hoarded property the bathroom was in a terrible state, the customer was very embarrassed.
