The cluttered house clearance company were instructed to clear a large 27 room mansion house in the Scottish Highlands. The house was severely hoarded with mountains of clothes, furniture and bric-brac as you can see from the photographs below. The customer contacted us from Australia, sadly his mum had passed away and the house needed to be cleared as it was attracting teams of YouTubers who filmed abandoned mansion houses and this was causing problems with residents living in the area.

We stayed in constant contact with the customer through WhatsApp, sending him pictures of our progress on a daily basis and also sending him pictures of items we came across to see whether he wanted items kept or not.

The houses had a huge rodent infestation, as well as a major damp problem. Our hoarded house clearance specialists consisted of 6 staff and we managed to clear the house and several large outbuilding and stables within 4 weeks.

We managed to locate all the paperwork the customer asked us to locate as well as many items of sentimental and monetary value.
