Personalised reports and artificial intelligence

Some personalised report wording is generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI.

The underlying assessment scores and dimensions are calculated by the Inner Thought Group assessment system. Artificial intelligence may then be used to help explain those results in personalised plain language.

Our current report-generation process does not send individual raw assessment answers to OpenAI. Instead, the service may receive information such as the assessment type, calculated dimensions, scores, result levels and definitions needed to prepare the report wording.

OpenAI processes this information as a service provider according to its applicable business and API privacy and data-processing terms.

We configure report-generation requests to minimise unnecessary storage where supported by the service. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the API customer has expressly opted in to data sharing.

Payments

Payments for personalised insight reports are processed through Stripe.

When you proceed to payment, Stripe may collect and process information needed to complete, verify and protect the transaction. This may include payment-card information, billing and contact information, transaction details, device information and fraud-prevention information.

Full payment-card details are entered directly into Stripe’s payment environment. Inner Thought Group does not receive or store your full card number, card security code or complete card details.

Inner Thought Group may receive limited payment information from Stripe, such as payment status, transaction identifiers and information needed to verify a purchase, provide report access, handle support requests, investigate payment issues and maintain appropriate transaction records.

How we use information
