Hi, I need to arrange a specialist clearance for my late uncles three-bedroom flat in Walsall.

My uncle passed away last month, I am the sole inheritor of his flat and need to have it cleared in order to sell it.

I visited the flat this morning and realized it was far too big a job for me to do myself. My uncle has been a hoarder for several years, and has filled the flat with mountains of junk.

Good morning, I need a quote to have a seven bedroom country house and double garage cleared in the Dudley area.

The house has been left in disrepair for over a year as myself and family members had no idea what to do with it after the passing of our great gran.

This house was once a family home to my great gran, great grandad and all their children.

Good Afternoon, I am requesting a quote to have a three bedroom bungalow house clearing service in the Stoke-on-Trent area.

My mum who has recently moved into residential care, lived in the house for over 20 years, she has been a compulsive hoarder for as long as I can remember and has left the house floor to ceiling with rubbish and junk.

I have removed as much of her stuff as physically possible (things that were within reach), she has told me that she has a jewellery box in her main bedroom at the back which she wants to be kept, this room can’t be accessed.

The lounge is where my mum has lived from, there is a single electric bed and mattress, a three-piece sofa suite, a large cabinet, a coffee table, a small folding dining table and a sideboard, there is also a huge amount of ornaments, glass ware, and obviously rubbish piled high.

I would appreciate it if your team could donate anything that can be reused.

We are looking to get the bungalow into a salable state, everything needs to go including appliances and carpets.

Good Afternoon, my friend has lived in her home in xxxxx for over ten years, she sadly passed away last month, I am now tasked with having her home cleared.

For as long as she lived in her home, she hoarded, everything from old newspapers to books.

Its a small two bedroom bungalow, though its small it will be a big job to undertake, the only rooms accessible is the entryway leading to a lounge that is accessible, the rest of the rooms are full with clutter and the hallways leading to them are also blocked due to clutter.
